Posture & Meditation

“All paths lead to God, but the paths are not God”, the proverb says.

Thus, to meditate is not to sit cross-legged on the ground; to meditate is to reach the deepest part of our consciousness, there where individual consciousness and Universal Consciousness merge, and this from the moment when our whole being vibrates in unison, when our physical body, our energetic body and our psychic body are perfectly aligned.

Posture is not meditation, but it is the key to that alignment.

His practice rests on a rigorous listening posture, one that seeks to awaken the therapist within every masseur: to “unplug” the cultural and intellectual filters in order to reach the neuro-sensoriality of touch.
